I was originally hired to write real estate contracts for a large government aviation department, but soon realized I could identify ways to reduce expenses and improve process flow and timing.

I helped reduce $96K worth of expenses a month, as well as reducing lead time from 8 weeks to 3 days, with no additional software cost to the business. Additionally, I produced a 100% success rate on lien and deed filings, as well as increased accuracy by 85% for both filings.

How I Helped an Owner Keep His Business
A well-known ice cream shop in Pennsylvania experienced financial instability because the owner had taken on a hard (non-bank) money loan. With the owner’s bad credit history, the hard money lender was calling the note for failure to meet contractual obligations.
